Anderson Taxi service was terrible. They failed to pick our family up as scheduled to get us to the airport for our family vacation. We scrambled at the last minute to drive ourselves, forcing unnecessary and expensive long term parking at Hopkins; we nearly missed our flight. Upon our return, letters and calls to Anderson were ignored. Completely unreliable. DO NOT USE.

When our airline was able to get us out of Cleveland, Oh like they promised they counted on Mr. Anderson and his team of drivers to get the job done and just that they did Thanks Continental Airlines for at least choosing the best in grounds transportations.

Mr. Anderson is very kind and an excellent driver who will do anything he can to help you out. If you need a ride contact Mr. Anderson a true friend.

For the most knowledgeable, compassionate seasoned transportations provider there is only one call that truly does it all, Mr. Anderson who is the owner and driver will go the extra to meet your needs in every outing I couldn't image using anyone elese!
