Our studio offers private and semi-private sessions, group Mat, Reformer, and Exo Chair classes. Our mission at BodyWave Pilates is to enrich our clients' lifestyle through movement and body awareness. All BodyWave Pilates instructors are certified through a Nationally recognized Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
