I love the baked cinnamon and sugar on pie dough. My mom used to do this with extra pie dough when I was younger.

We bring a Gray House pie to nearly every picnic, potluck, holiday gathering, etc. that we attend during the year. The reaction is universally "OMG, where did you get this? This is the best pie I've ever eaten." And that's pretty much how I feel.
