Welcome to Life Skills Martial Arts! The study of martial arts is one of the most dynamic activities that will affect a child's life skills and build the foundation of the rest of their lives. We use age-specific programs for our children's classes so that they will work with mates that are close to their own abilities and sizes creating a more productive learning atmosphere and experience for them. We build their life skills, enhance their character, and stimulate their minds in enriched, fun-filled classes.

Martial Arts programs can fill the void in a family by providing an area where they can all work at and enjoy the same activity of getting in shape, having fun while learning practical self defense, and practicing life skills for everyday living such as team work, leadership, goal setting, stress relief, and loyalty which ultimately leads to tighter families, better work places, and better communities.
