From Exercise Specialists assisting the membership to the certified personal trainers offering one on one training. We offer our members over 95 free weekly group exercise classes such as Yoga, Spinning, Pilates and Zumba. Our goal is to help our members to achieve optimum health so that they can look good, feel great and enjoy life.
