Yoga allows us to grow to a place of acceptance...acceptance of circumstances, of others, and of ourselves. In finding this beautiful place we find peace. At Nishkama Yoga we practice and teach without expectations so we can be a witness to the beauty the Universe has to offer to us on our mats and in our everyday lives.
