Rise Above is Lorain's Premier BMX and Skateboard shop, and we have more fun than anybody else. We opened the shop on June 16th 2006, so we have been here over a year now, and going strong. The 2 owners and manager have been involved in the local scene for well over 10 years and are hoping to use the shop to further that. We don't carry crap. We carry brands that we believe in and that we feel are doing their best to help out the skateboard and bmx community's. If you are looking for the new Mongoose bike go ahead and go to Wal-Mart, same thing if you are looking for shitty, low end skateboards. The companies that sell to those stores don't care about the future of our sports. We have been here, and we will be here. Stop by and check us out. Oh yeah, bring us some food too, we are broke and can barely afford to eat.
