Ginger is great if I need something she has it or can order it
Ginger has a heart of gold and contributes immeasurably as a person and business to the welfare and betterment of the Independence, Ohio community and of animals. We are fortunate to have her as part of our business community. Shop GINGER PET HOUSE, Shop Independence, Ohio.
Ginger is a very sweet person. She is kind to everyone and every pet. She has lots of different things at her pet store for different animals and helps everyone find what they need for their pet. She is an amazing person and runs an amazing pet shop. She works so hard at her pet shop, and it proves to be a very helpful, loving place.
Ginger is so knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She certainly knows her business and handles it in a very kind and professional way. Customer Service is wonderful.

I don't have a dog. I just voted for Ginger Pet House because a friend asked me to.
Ginger has a wide range of products for my dogs & if I want a special item she will get it in for me. she is always very accomodating & really appreciates my business & lets me know it.
Ginger really cares about our pets. She's always willing to work with her customers. She also is very knowledgeable with her products (including foods).
The very extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the store owner. I trust her to guide me in what it best for my pet. Plus the inventory of heathy foods she carried for pets.
She is the most caring person dealing with animals I have ever witnessed. She deserves this win!

Friendly service and great products you normally would have a hard time finding. They really care about the animals and have great advice and suggestions.

I was on awe when I walked thru the door. I was like a little child in a candy shop. I spent hours looking over all the beautiful and wonderful gifts as well as necessities for all our pets.
Ginger was gracious and it seemed as if I had known her for years.
When I could not get to the store she gladly shipped with great speed.
